"Five and a half years ago Rod installed two new garage doors and my Genie openers. Two years ago I accidentally cleared my remote controls and they wouldn't open my doors. Late at night, Rod walked me thru and got them working perfectly. Guess what?? The same thing happened when I was trying to program my new Prius. Rod responded almost immediately and walked me thru it again. I promised him that I won't bug him again but know that if I do -- he will be there to assist. I was a US Congressman from California for a third of a century and constituent service is very important! Thank you so much for making this guy and his new Prius very happy. Best - David Dreier"

"This is an awesome company. Rod repaired a door better than I hoped for and the pricing was extremely fair...( In all honestly, it was less than I expected). I have owned a couple of service companies and I have to say that J & M Overhead Door is the most professional company I have found in Ventura. I would not hesitate to call them for any garage or overhead door problem. Don't bother to call anyone else...Rod is the best in town!"

"I called JM for a garage door repair. Ron was very helpful on the phone & tried to trouble shoot my problem so it would not cost me a "service charge." Unfortunately Ron had to come out & quickly fixed my problem. He was extremely efficient & polite. he even gave me a discount since I paid in cash & I think he felt sorry for me. A nice company. I would recommend them to each & everyone of you."
