"My overhead garage door motor bearings were worn out and the door was not functioning. I contacted Rod and he got back to me quickly with two options both of which were exceptional. Jim and Rod completed the replacement in about an hour and my door is back in operation. The new door opener has many new safety advances from the previous 20 year old model. I am thrilled with the operation of the new overhead door motor and associated equipment. Rod and Jim are a great team - honest, efficient, and service oriented."

"Have to share that we had a great experience with JM Overhead Doors. I backed out of the garage a little too quickly and hit the bottom section of the door as it was going up???? and made it unusable. Called JM, spoke to Rod, he had the paperwork for the original install of our door on file from 2001, (they installed most g.doors in Presidential homes and keep all their files!). Rod quickly knew the make, model of my door and gave me a bid via email within the hour. He worked with us to salvage the door and just replace 1-panel even though our model is no longer made. He even had records that show when the previous owner replaced the springs. Quick to respond, full knowledge of our door, reasonable price, installed on time at the price quoted. I wish every contractor was like this!"
