"I've used JM for several years and I am always impressed at the level of expertise and professionalism. Rod was able to come out same day on a broken roll-up garage door spring. He started out by weighing the door to make sure the correct spring was installed because there was a suspicion that the previous spring was the wrong size. I never would have thought of that. Any thought of a DIY solution went out the window because I realized I did not have to tools or the deep knowledge to make the numerous decisions required for a proper repair. The work was done in about an hour, the cost was very reasonable, and I can relax because I know the work was done correctly. He tended to several other matters without asking because he cares about the finished job. This company has my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION."

"Fantastic service at a great price! I just bought a house with an older sectional roll-up garage door. Within weeks of the purchase, the bracket connecting the door with the lift mechanism ripped out of the door. I contacted Rod at JM Overhead Door and exchanged a series of texts with him sharing various pictures of my door. From those photos, he fashioned a custom piece to repair the door. He came by the house and the new piece fit perfectly. Rod adjusted the spring, rebalanced the door, and lubricated all the moving parts. The door runs PERFECTLY! Rod was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. No need to call anyone else -- just call JM Overhead Door and let Rod quickly and easily solve your garage door problems."
